How Harbor runs a project.

Harbor's process is built around one principle: no surprises after framing begins. Every scope question is answered on paper before a nail goes in.

    Estimate & contract. Detailed cost breakdown, allowances documented, schedule committed.

    Permits & pre–construction. Permit set filed, subcontractors confirmed, material lead times locked.

    Build. Weekly client updates, documented change–order process, site–clean daily.

    Punch–list & warranty. Final walkthrough, written punch–list, one–year workmanship warranty.
